Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled in transit. If you no longer want the item, you must wait until it is delivered to initiate a standard return.

14-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your KROMA purchase. Under EU/UK law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be strictly unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Important: Return Address

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package. To initiate a return, you must contact us first at kroma2kcontact@gmail.com. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address and further instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returned items that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days. We will refund the cost of the item and the standard outbound shipping cost. Please note that if you selected an expedited shipping method at checkout, the extra cost above standard shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every piece before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Provide clear photos or a video showing the damage. Once the issue is verified, we will immediately arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. Items damaged by the user are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
